The school came together for Panther Praises Friday morning. Each student was awarded their certificate in front of the entire campus after their teacher gave a short summary as to why they were chosen. It is a great school-wide assembly. Praises help reinforce the positive behaviors our campus is promoting. Keep up the great work Panthers!

Traditionally, Open House consists of students showing their parents school work and projects that have been completed. This year, Doyle wanted to change it up. Rather than have students show their parents what they have been working on, parents and students worked on a project together. This gave parents the opportunity to interact with their children in the school setting. Life gets busy, and it is important to take time to spend quality time with your loved ones. Last night, the cafeteria was full of dads spending time with their children at Doyle's Donuts with Dad event. Cookies, juice, and donuts were served, and necklaces were made just in time for mom on Mother's Day. It was great to see all the dads in attendance. Dads, we really appreciate all your hard work and we thank you for supporting your child.

Doyle took part in Panther Praises yesterday. Panther Praises give the teachers the opportunity to award students for their exemplary behavior and effort in and out of the classroom. Students receive their award in front of the entire campus. Great work Panthers!

6th graders attended P.U.S.D.'s Pathway Exhibition yesterday. The event was held in honor of the great progress made over the past few years by P.U.S.D.'s Pathways Program. The exhibits featured career-themed projects and assessments designed and developed by the pathway teams.

Doyle kicked off testing week with a red carpet themed pep rally! Teachers danced "Watch Me Test to Show My Knowledge" and modeled what S.U.C.C.E.S.S. on the test looks like in the classroom. 3rd through 6th grade students are fired up for the upcoming CAASPP! Doyle invited all the mothers to enjoy an evening of muffins, cookies, juice, and quality time with their child yesterday in the cafeteria. It was great to see all the mothers (and fathers) in attendance. Moms, we really appreciate all your hard work and we thank you for supporting your child.
