Panther Praises: Recognizing Students & Creating a Positive School Climate

Studies indicate that a positive school climate decreases absenteeism, suspensions, and bullying, and increases students' academic achievement. In an effort to enhance the school climate on campus, Doyle takes part in Panther Praises twice a month. During this event teachers recognize students that have demonstrated Perseverance, Respect, Impress, Determination, and Excellence (P.R.I.D.E.). This event is one way Doyle positively reinforces the behaviors we want to see on campus.
